Last month I did a vintage style wedding in Dorking at Greywell House. It’s a lovely venue with lots of space for getting ready and also has a lot of photo opportunities!
The bride wanted a boho chic/vintage look so we went for a low messy bun along with quite natural makeup, but with lots of lashes!
The photographer, Chris Giles, took some amazing photos and actually my favourite, below, I was intending to do a bridal test shoot in a yellow rape seed field and have wanted to for ages but now I don’t need to 🙂
Naomi, the bride didn’t have real flowers in her hair which are sometimes so difficult to secure in certain hairstyles because of their weight and size. She had sugar flowers made by a family friend who also made the cake and they were so easy to secure. They looked amazing and because they weren’t heavy they weren’t dragging down the hairstyle! So, I would definitely recommend brides to be to go down this route!
